This selected blend contains ginger, fennel and coriander essential oils, flavours which have been used in foods throughout the world for centuries. DigestZen is great to have on hand. The essential oils of Anise, Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, Coriander, Tarragon, and Fennel are also known for their soothing and settling aromas when inhaled.

HOW TO USE
Food flavour use: Add 1 or 2 drops to water or food for flavouring.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
